How do I update project items with the inputs and outputs from the product database?

In Connection Center click File and select Edit Project Items.

In Edit Project Items, you can refresh all project items by clicking Update Products and selecting Refresh all items in the Project from the Product Database.  You can refresh one project item by right clicking on the item in the project item list (list on the right) and selecting Refresh item from the product database.
