How do I add custom fields for contacts and products?

When logged into smartOFFICE Online, click the drop down arrow at the top right of the page next to your name and select “Settings”.

Expand “Custom Fields”.

Expand either “Product Fields” or “Custom Fields” depending on which you would like to make a custom field.

Click the “Add” button.

Click in the box under the header “Field” and type in a custom name for the new field.

The custom Smart Tag will fill in automatically.¬†You can click in the box under the header “Smart Tag” if you would like to change the text to something else.

Click in the drop down under the header “Type” and select a type.

Click the “Save” button.
