smartOFFICE uses the Google API to save the generated Report (PDF) to users drive. smartOFFICE uses the Google API to Access users contact and send Email including attachment to the users contacts by the users. smartOFFICE uses the Google API for getting all the listed calendars to show and share them with other users for schedule visibility. only the calendar chosen by the user is shared with the team for scheduling events. smartOFFICE has events that can be scheduled on the shared calendar of the user. smartOFFICE uses the Google API for sending Email using the Gmail on behalf of the user. smartOFFICE uses the Google API for verifying the email address. smartOFFICE uses the Google API to get the basic Email Settings information about the user like Email signature to include the same while sending email.

We preform regular maintenance and malware scanning on our website. However, this never ensures 100% security.
