Position: Tech Support Representative
The TSR is a key member of the Customer Acquisition and Care Team. Responsibilities range across the customer lifecycle phases of prospective, new and ongoing subscriber. This is a work from home position.
- Engage with potential and current subscribers in an effort to assist them in learning and the using Simply Reliable products.
- Develop knowledge base to provide self service solutions for subscribers.
- The TSR will support the Customer Success Rep with onboarding prospective and new subscribers.
- The TSR will be responsible for monitoring the chat and following up with email to support the subscriber base.
- The TSR will update data in the software during periods when support calls are slow.

Experience and Attributes:
- 1-2 Years experience in tech support of SaaS products
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products, Windows, and browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision from home
- Strong computer skills
- Problem solver
- Nurturing personality
