Position: Tech Support Representative

The TSR is a key member of the Customer Acquisition and Care Team. Responsibilities range across the customer lifecycle phases of prospective, new and ongoing subscriber. This is a work from home position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with potential and current subscribers in an effort to assist them in learning and the using Simply Reliable products.
  • Develop knowledge base to provide self service solutions for subscribers.
  • The TSR will support the Customer Success Rep with onboarding prospective and new subscribers.
  • The TSR will be responsible for monitoring the chat and following up with email to support the subscriber base.
  • The TSR will update data in the software during periods when support calls are slow.

Experience and Attributes:

  • 1-2 Years experience in tech support of SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products, Windows, and browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision from home
  • Strong computer skills
  • Problem solver
  • Nurturing personality

Performance Review and Compensation:

This position is a salary based position.
