Central Product Library
Every time any company using SmartOffice adds a new product, that product is stored in the Central Product Library. This library of products is accessible by everyone in the SmartOffice network. Easily add new products to your own library by scanning through the list of products that have already been entered. Sort by manufactuer, product category or both.
The colored boxes to the right (in the image below) indicate what information previous users have provided. Click on an item to review the details including dimensions, UPC code, description and graphic. A sample of the information that can be found in the Central Library is shown to the left. If the product is a match, click ‘Import’ to add the item to your own product library.
Partners
Coming soon: we are in the process of collaborating with manufacturers to upload all of their product information into our Central Library. As this is a work-in-progress we have not yet released this new library, but you can look forward to it soon. Simply Reliable Partners is a free program, both for the users and for the manufacturers. We are working on creating more time for dealers to spend on clients and less time spent organizing product info.
