SmartOffice stores staff and client schedules easily access for anyone in the office. Quickly determine how busy the next day, week or month will be by viewing color-coded scheduling charts. A week view is shown above, light blue indicates a morning appointment, dark blue an afternoon appointment. View individual project schedules, individual staff schedules or every project and every appointment at once, as in the chart below. Notify employees via email about upcoming jobs and send clients reminders that someone is coming. Print out copies of the schedule for a quick reference in the field.
