Inventory Control
SmartOffice comes standard with a complete stand alone Inventory Control system that allows you to request, order, receive and deliver products from proposals. This module allows the project manager to specify when product is needed in hand and use color flags to easily identify what needs to be taken care of.Below you’ll see the Request Product page, all products in a proposal will show in the list on this screen. Easily simplify what you’re viewing by sorting inrelation to zone, discipline, make or phase, set one or more as boundaries to get a hold on your project,
The Need to Order screen, working with the product requests, lets you see what needs to be ordered and when it needs to be ordered by, making sure that items will no longer fall through the cracks.
Barcode scanning is included with the standard Inventory module. With barcode scanning, you can easily receive and deliver items, without having to worry about typographical errors and manual data entry. If SmartOffice doesn’t recognize a barcode, it will learn and remember it.
