Contacts and Leads
The Contacts and Leads feature of SmartOffice is typically the first step of the process. Contacts are entered and stored in the software database for
quick and easy reference later on. Because SmartOffice is a shared, multi-user application, all data entered immediately becomes accessible on every desktop.
SmartOffice not only stores customer information, it also manages other contacts as well, including: vendors, contractors, employees, basically any person or business that is essential to your company can be included in your database. Easily sort through your contacts with our customizable labeling feature, find what you need fast.
Contacts and Leads start you on your process through SmartOffice. Because this is an integrated software system, the Contacts feature is linked with the rest of the SmartOffice task modules. Information stored about your clients, prospects, vendors, etc. flow through to documents such as proposals, work orders, emails, invoices, Gantt Charts, letters and faxes.
Once contacts have been added to the database and assigned or associated with different projects you can produce a Related Contacts Report for use in managing
key information. Instantly have all your contacts on hand.
Search and Sort
Here contacts are sorted alphabetically by name, just click a letter to quickly move to the section you want. Also view contacts by date entered, type of contact (i.e. clients, prospects, vendors, staff etc.), favorites, recently viewed or contacts that are linked.
Use the search function to find contacts immediately.
