Asset Tracking
SmartOffice keeps a database of all of the equipment you have sold your clients. Keep track of these assets by saving important information such as serial numbers, registration dates, purchase dates, warranty periods and service history. If there are other records you want to keep, simply define your own fields (located on the right of the screen pictured) and customize the system to address your needs. Sort by individual clients or view all assets purchased. This feature can also be used in house to track office equipment, computers, software and company vehicles.
