Your purchase of Simply Reliable Software's SmartOffice package includes 24 months of technical support and upgrades at no extra charge. Upgrades are are considered re-writes of the original software package. We reserve the right to charge for feature releases and future version of the software. We have an excellent selection of support tools on our website and we recommend that you use these tools first if you are in need of support. In addition to user guides and documentation on the entire software package you will find excellent video documentation. Our Director of Training Services Tom Coffin has recorded several excellent videos to walk you through every aspect of the software. Tom also offers free weekly training on a specific topic each week. You can signup to receive notification of these weekly trainings through the support section of the website.
In addition to our online support we provide three ways to contact our techincal support team.
Online Chat - We have staff online available to help from 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday Eastern time. Just login to the support section of our website to access this help.
Email - We have a form available on our website that you can use to submit a question to our staff if you need help outside of the normal business hours. We will respond within one business day.
Phone support - Call Simply Reliable and receive live phone support Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time.
