Rent Vs. Purchase
Simply Reliable SmartOffice can be purchased with a single payment or a monthly payment plan. Payment plans are 24 months and at the end of the term you own the software. There are no refunds with either purchase option. If you start a payment plan you can apply every dollar for the first 60 days to the purchase price. After that buyout options will be negotiated on a case by case basis. For either purchase option no checks are accepted. We can bill Visa, Mastercard or American Express for all purchases or we can accept electronic wire tranfers for buyouts and outright purchases. Payments will be automatically charged the the card on file on or about the 23rd of the month and 30 day notice of cancellation is required.
Upgrades and Downgrades
The Simply Reliable SmartOffice and be configured to meet your needs. That means that as your business grows your system can grow with you. You can upgrade at anytime and you will receive a full credit for any previous system. If you are are paying monthly then you can downgrade your system at anytime as well however, we do not issue any refunds for payments made.
