Design*
Communicating your thoughts, goals and designs is easy with SmartOffice Design. Transform your proposal into a rack or pictorial drawing automatically. Work with AutoCAD files in their native .dwg or make them a smart drawing with attributes. Use block symbols to ensure equipment is connected as you designed it to be. Work with elevations to help your customers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders visualize the aesthetic outcome of your collaboration. Symbols for drawings are created automatically from your product database. Create wire labels, drop tags, and wire pull lists with the push of a button. Now you do not have to be stuck working in a difficult and time consuming platform like AutoCAD and you do not have to settle for the limited scope of Visio or products that rely on it as their core engine. SmartOffice Design is more than just drawing software it is the key to tying together sometimes very complex systems and making it easy to communicate your vision to ensure their successful installation.
Advanced Inventory 1*
The SmartOffice suite includes inventory management based on the Just in Time inventory model. You order the products for a job just in time to install them. But as your business grows this model may not be enough. You may want to manage the inventory levels in your warehouse and/or your trucks. You need to be able to track serial numbers and do advanced product history searches. You need to track transfers to other warehouses or truck and purchases on the fly. That is where Advanced Inventory comes in. You can track up to four locations or trucks. To give you control of every aspect of the product cycle.
Advanced Inventory 2*
Is the same as Advanced Inventory 1 but allows you to track up to nine warehouses and/or trucks.
Advanced Inventory 3*
Is the same as Advanced Inventory 2 but allows you to track an unlimited number of warehouses and/or trucks.
Advanced Accounting*
SmartOffice comes with basic Quickbook integration. Post Invoices, Clients, Purchase Orders, Vendors and Items into your Quickbooks company file. But if you want real-time accurate P&L's in Quickbooks you need SNAPP. The SNAPP system accurately posts journal entries to Quickbooks that reflect the actual state of the project as the job progresses. No more waiting for the end of the job to see an accurate job cost. We will show you how you are doing as the job progresses.

Advanced Accounting also gives you the ability to generate recurring bills for Maintenance or security monitoring situations. You can also use the builder mode which allows you to add the builder markup into your proposal and separate the billing for the client and/or the builder.

*Design, Advanced Inventory and Advanced Accounting are add-on modules to the SmartOffice suite. You cannot purchase them separately.
